I apologize for your experience with our Emerald Card today. We are hearing from our customer service team that they are getting close to a fix. We have also heard some feedback on our Facebook page that some of our customer's cards are starting to work. Hopefully this problem will be fixed soon. If I hear of a resolution I will post a response to you.

I was just told that the vendor issue that was affecting some of our Emerald Card customers has been resolved and if you were one of these customers you should now be able to access your refund and other deposited funds.
Again I apologize for the frustration and inconvenience.
