My wife gets paid as a cotnract employee for a company that does busienss outside the US, She pays her brother to go to the printign company in the foreign country and pick up our items and deliver them where needed. We report her income but my question is since we get paid for the work and she pays her brother out of that money how do we report it?

There is a line on the Schedule C, which you use to report your wife's income because she is a contract employee, for you to use to report expenses (such as wages paid) to deduct some of the income you wife has to report.
