IP ID PIN

Everytime I file my taxes it gets rejected, says that the Identity Protection ID Pin is Invalid, I never received one and this is my first time filing my taxes so when I go to the IRS website it doesnt give me a pin. How can I fix this, can any one help?

I dont understand how this works...but i have the exact issue with tje IP PIN..i never received one but my return had been rejected twice.. dont know how to resolve this...
