Me too.  It's very frustrating.  If something is wrong with my return, it would be nice to know.  I haven't heard anything and can't reach a live person.

When the virtual operator asks What he can help you with say "I want to talk to a real person" . I think he will ask if you filed online. So answering this is important. It routes differently depending on if you filed in an office or online/software.
