I have an active emerald card, but when I click on Access my Card, it says it cannot find an Active Emerald Card with my information. But I have one, and I can get the information if I call the 866 number on the back of the card. Why can't I get it through the website?
I am expecting my refund to be placed on this card, and I need to make sure everything is set up correctly. The last thing I need is for my account info to be mishandled.

I called customer service, and they said it might be because of the high volume of traffic on the website. So I tried it again -- after a few more tries, it finally found my card. Then on the next screen, I had to put in my card information to verify it, and it took a few tries on that screen as well. But finally I did get into the screen that showed my card balance and everything else.
So just keep putting in the info, and if it doesn't find it, try again... it will eventually work!

I'm sorry to hear about the issues you're having, I know this can be very frustrating. Unfortunately, we were experiencing issues on 2/10 and many people faced the same problem. This issue has been resolved and you should now have access to Emerald Online. If not, please contact 1-866-353-1266.

Um no.. it's not resolved. I am not able to find my card either NOR an account with HR Block. Somebody had better fix this. I am supposed to get my refund loaded in one day and NOW you have issues with your damn card? this is the biggest scam I have ever seen. it's difficult to use the card, or correct things or get credits for charges not made. it's absurd. I chose your company to do my taxes and now this????? I am not happy. I cannot access anything and it appears I never even filed with your company and I have a card I cannot even find or access. something better happen and quick. I am sick and tired of paying out the ass to punch in numbers that a monkey can do, to have to deal with this issue the day before I get a large refund. How convenient HR Block!!!!
