I have been trying for over a week on this issue to get it resolved. I have money in a e-pocket and cannot get to it because I receive a message I have no cards listed on my account. I think it's time to report to FDIC, BBB, and Attorney General if need be. I am sick of this. Each time I call I either get hung up on or transferred back to the automated system. If and when I ever get my money out of e-pocket, I will no longer be using H & R Block emerald card.

Have you tried going to your local H&R Block office and requesting a new card? This would more than likely correct this issue right away and any money you have in your Emerald account would be automatically accessible only with the new card. Also, you can set up Emerald card online access at www.hrblock.com through your MyBlock log-in if you have one so that you can see what's going on with your Emerald card account. If you don't have one, that is also easy to set up.
I'm sorry that you're having these issues with your Emerald card, but hopefully this helps.
