I filed my return with the block software.
My March bank statement shows that I was billed twice for my software package. Customer support only shows one payment, but my statement does show the amount subtracted twice. I did have an issue with my activation code loading, and needed to get a second code. I believe this triggered a second charge. How can I get this fee refunded?
