Rejected Federal Filing - AGI

My Federal return has been rejected because my 2016 AGI.  I've confirmed via my 2016 tax filing and via the IRS that my 2016 AGI is correct.  The HR block "help" desk has been disappointing and failed at any resolution.

Could someone offer help for me to be able to submit my filing?  I'm desperate and HR Block is disappointing.

Re: Rejected Federal Filing - AGI

If you are certain that your AGI is correct but the return is still being rejected by the IRS, you will need to print and mail your tax return.

In order to file your return, please return to your return, click the "FILE" tab at the top of the screen, and follow the instructions to print and mail.
