When I get to the part to start working on my state return/to download the state return, I constantly get a message that "You need administrator privilege in order to purchase and install a state." and can't get passed that stage to even start working on my state return. I already paid for 1 state return filing with the 2017 Deluxe version. Also, there's only one account on my computer, and I verified that it has administrator privileges. I tried going on H&R Block's online chat function, but it's closed. So is the telephone service.
Can someone please help me?!?!?!

When opening the federal program, try right-clicking on the program and selecting "Run as administrator" before downloading the state. If this doesn't resolve the issue, please send me a private message with your e-mail address and I will see if I can find a work around for you.
