I've been using H&R Block online to file my taxes since 2012. I've always chosen direct deposit and had no problems with getting my refunds. However, this year, I'm filing for the 2017 taxes, and there's no option to choose direct deposit. It takes me directly to a page where it states I will be getting a paper check mailed to me within 21-28 days of my taxes being accepted. I also want to note that this is the first year where my federal tax refund is over $10K, about $13K to be exact. I was wondering whether this is a glitch in the system, or is there a limit on the tax refund amount for direct deposit. Hopefully someone can shed some light on this. Thank you.
