We filed our 2012 taxes and received a refund. After filing we realized we forgot to include a significant 1099R. We have already filed our 2013 taxes successfully and need to send in amended 2012 taxes. How do I figure out the approximate amount of tax penalty we will have to pay? We will be owing about $2300 in fed taxes. Thank you.
