I downloaded tax software from Amazon onto our Dell XPS 15 laptop running WIndows 10. The setup program runs, but then nothing happens. I can re-run it multiple times and it shows that it's extracting, but then nothing happens. I tried downloading and running it on an XPS 13 laptop running Windows 10 and the software loaded fine. On the XPS 15, I tried disabling the anti-virus program, changing compatibility, rebooting, running in Administrator mode, etc. Nothing worked. I am extremely frustrated. I tried calling support twice and after going through the automated assistant hell twice and being on hold for more about 20 minutes each time, I got a message saying they are too busy and to call back. The system then hung up on me. Unbelievably frustrating. They should be ashamed of such poor service. Does anyone have any ideas?

I'm glad you were able to get this issue resolved. The best times to contact our Technical Support Department is early morning right at 7am when we open and late evening close to closing 11:30pm.
