The software installs, but when the program opens, the square in the center of the screen is blank. I can't even get to the next screen to enter the activation code.
I've wasted over 5 hours on the phone with tech support reinstalling software and I was finally escalated to "gatekeeper" (whatever that is). I was promised they would contact me in 48 hours. That was on 1-26-2014. It is 2-2-2014 today and they haven't contacted me, so I called again and I got the run around from the lowest tier of support again. Their lowest tier of support are so clueless, that they insisted that I needed to install Service Pack 3 on my Windows 7 computer (Win7 is only up to SP1). Untimately, I was told to wait some more. UNBELIEVABLE!!!
