Welcome to the Communty. There should be a customer service number on the back of your card. I would recommed you call that number for assitance.

I have called that number and was told that there are others with issues concerning pins and inactive cards. After activating my card 4 days ago I called to check activity and balance. I had to reactivate the card. I was told this is because I ordered a personalized card and will have to wait until it is received to have access. Major concern for me at this time.
