I am trying to Confirm My Identify on MyBlock, so that I can download my taxes. I fill in the My Identity questions correct each time, but unfortunately it keeps stating that my identify cannot be verified. This is very frustrating, I am in the midst of purchasing a house, and I need these 2015 and 2016 tax records today. I've called the support line, and after wading through the stupid automated prompts, I'm added to a queue, and then it disconnects because it says there is a high call volume. PLEASE HELP!!! Considering going back to QuickBook next year.

I called technical support and she reset it - twice. The trick questions seem to block you every time. Now she reset it twice and said I will have to set up another new account. Already did that once today. This service doesn't work, evidently. Not good.

great was hoping that that wasn't the case I have been blocked for hours now , and I know I answered the security questions correctly?? And why are they asking me tax questions from 2012 , instead of last year? I mean that is 5 years ago , I filed with H&R Block last year?? The first question was what was your filing status? I was both head of household and married filing jointly. Was I supposed to check both??
