Expired Ohio state-issued ID

I have an Ohio state-issued ID, but it is expired (I don't drive). In H&R Block 2017 Premium, if I try to e-file for state it says this is an issue which must be fixed if I want to e-file ("The expiration date of your ID must be on or after today's date.").

 

I see that it is also an option to mark that I do not have a driver's license or state-issued ID. According to the Ohio Department of Taxation's website, "For taxpayers who do not have a driver's license or state ID card, they will have the option to indicate such and still be allowed to e-file."

 

Can I mark that? If my ID is expired, is it accurate to say that I do not have one?
