Greetings. Do all the other schedules/forms sent in with original 1040 get sent in with the amended form too? And are they supposed to be stapled together or left loose? Thanks.

The only forms that you should be sending with an amended return are the Form 1040X and any forms that were added to your original tax return or that were changed. For instance, if you forgot to include a Form W-2 with your tax return and you amended your return to add the W-2 then you would need to mail only your Form 1040X and a copy of the W-2 that you added to the return to the IRS.
You can staple the pages of the 1040X together since that's all the same form, but do not staple the W-2 to it. Just include it in the envelope.
