Welcome to the H&R Block community.
Line 75 near the end of a long form 1040 return. This line is the line that shows your refund amount.
Since you don't have a line 75 I'm thinking that you filed a 1040A return. This means that you'll be looking for Line 47 which is the refund line on the 1040A.
If you don't have a line 47 then you filed a 1040EZ return, in which case you're looking for Line 13A.
If you have any other questions I'll be glad to help.

What do you mean, your 1040 doesn't have a Line 75? All 1040s have a Line 75, it's the amount you overpaid. https://www.irs.gov/pub/irs-pdf/f1040.pdf .
What's asking for the amount from your 1040 Line 75?
